Defective Products

Notice of receipt of a damaged product must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. Simply contact us at [email protected] to notify us of a damaged product received. We may require that you submit the damaged product back to us (at our cost) or provide photographs of the damage.  Once we acknowledge your request, we will process a replacement order at no cost to you. If the damage is not reported within ten (10) days of receipt, then the damaged product shall be deemed to have been accepted by you. We reserve the right to honor or deny replacement requests at our sole discretion that are not in conformance with this policy. Rest assured, we strive to make things right!
