Notice of receipt of a damaged product must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. Simply contact us at Help@encer.store to notify us of a damaged product received. We may require that you submit the damaged product back to us (at our cost) or provide photographs of the damage. Once we acknowledge your request, we will process a replacement order at no cost to you. If the damage is not reported within ten (10) days of receipt, then the damaged product shall be deemed to have been accepted by you.
