Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will not accept refund requests under this guarantee for Encer products purchased from any other platform. 

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 30 days business days of receipt of your return, and it may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to process and provide the funds. We are not responsible for any delays in your bank’s processing of return funds.

We endeavor to keep our customers happy and so we may ask you to fill out a questionnaire that provides feedback related to your use of the product. This questionnaire is optional. However, any feedback you can provide is much appreciated and will help us continually ensure that we are exceeding your expectations.

Defective Products

Notice of receipt of a damaged product must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. Simply contact us at Help@encer.store to notify us of a damaged product received. We may require that you submit the damaged product back to us (at our cost) or provide photographs of the damage.  Once we acknowledge your request, we will process a replacement order at no cost to you. If the damage is not reported within ten (10) days of receipt, then the damaged product shall be deemed to have been accepted by you. We reserve the right to honor or deny replacement requests at our sole discretion that are not in conformance with this policy. Rest assured, we strive to make things right!
